Why we collect it

- Contact you by phone or email about the loan enquiry you submitted;
- Assess which lending options may be appropriate for your situation;
- Refer your enquiry to lending partners where relevant to your request;
- Respond to your questions and maintain a record of our communications;
- Meet our legal, regulatory, and record-keeping obligations.
We do not sell your personal information.

By submitting the form you consent to being contacted by us about your enquiry. You may withdraw your consent at any time by contacting us at the address below, subject to legal and contractual restrictions and reasonable notice.
Commercial electronic messages (CASL)
If we send you commercial electronic messages, we will do so only with the consent required under Canada's Anti-Spam Legislation, and every such message will identify us and include an unsubscribe mechanism.
Who we share it with
We may share your information with the lending partners we refer your enquiry to, with the service providers that operate this website (our form provider, Web3Forms, and our email provider, Microsoft 365), and with any party we are required to disclose to by law. Service providers are only permitted to use your information to perform services for us.
How long we keep it
We retain enquiry information for 24 months from your last contact with us, after which it is securely destroyed or anonymized, unless a longer period is required by law.
How we protect it
Form submissions are transmitted over an encrypted (HTTPS) connection. We apply administrative, technical, and physical safeguards appropriate to the sensitivity of the information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Cookies and analytics
This site does not currently set analytics or advertising cookies. If we introduce analytics or advertising measurement tools in future, this policy will be updated to name them before they are used. You can control cookies at any time through your browser settings.
Your rights
You have the right to request access to the personal information we hold about you, to ask us to correct it if it is inaccurate, and to withdraw your consent to further contact. We will respond to written requests within the timeframes set out in PIPEDA.
